Do Ngoc Phuong is the licensed acupuncturist(LAc. #00311 of Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners) who is in charge of AcuCare Acupuncture Clinic.
She attended the American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from 1992 - 1995. She received her license to practice in 1996.
